Jonathan is a solicitor with a keen interest in protecting the rights of residential tenants especially those who may be suffered from mental health problems. He has gained accreditation to be able to exercise Advocacy for clients in the Senior Civil Courts. He appears daily in the courts on behalf of tenants being evicted and where his clients are accused of breaching an injunction or of being in contempt of court and risk suffering imprisonment.
