As a founding partner of WTB Solicitors LLP, Elena is committed to publicly funded work, specifically in children law. She is a recognised expert in her field. During her career she has developed a team of talented specialist family law solicitors, a team which has the depth and range of experience to tackle the most complex cases effectively.
Elena represents children, parents and other extended family members, where social services have become involved in the family. She is a skilled and tenacious advocate with 25 years’ experience in complex care proceedings. These have included non-accidental injury, serious allegations of psychological and sexual abuse of children, and complex medical cases: shaken baby, fictitious illness, neglect. In her capacity as Head of our Family Law department, Elena is a mentor for all of her colleagues.
