Childcare Solicitor / Barrister / Chartered Legal Executive
(Permanent) 2+ years’ PQE.

We are a Greater Manchester firm with an excellent reputation in childcare law. Our busy, friendly, and supportive team of 5 care lawyers (plus secretarial support) is expanding and we would like to hear from you. The role may suit a person seeking part time.
You will be responsible for conducting a varied caseload, the majority of which will be cases in care proceedings, and in the PLO pre-proceedings process. You will have secretarial and paralegal support, as well as enjoying effective collaboration with other members of the team.
You will have excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills, be able to manage a full caseload and willing to undertake advocacy at the appropriate level. Applications will be considered from candidates at all levels of experience. PQE above is guideline only. Children Panel membership (or working towards).
